  • Tracking number ?
    Welcome to Overo. There are different websites to track your order according to the way of shipping you choose. The information is provided by the official shipping posts or companies, most of which you could track on the following 4 sites: http://www.17track.net/en or http://www.ec-firstclass.org/ DHL UPS Please check the tracking number some days later if you can not find it on the website as it may not appear on the system immediately. For more information about the order, you can check the email we send you after we dispatch the package. Please note that if you choose unregistered air mail as the way of shipping, there is no way for you to track your package. Only if you choose registered mail or express ways can you track your order. Any questions please contact us by Overo Customer Service. Thanks!
  • Exchange of articles after payment ?
    Thank you for your support to Overo. We can make exchange only before shipping.If you buy wrong item or the item out of stock after your purchasing,you can contact customer support to make exchange. Please contact the Overo Customer Service with the following information: Order number: Reason:(original item model) out of stock/wrong items and replacement item model. We will make exchange for you immediately only if the replacement item is available. You are responsible for the possible price difference. It also takes time to exchange. Thanks!

  • How to order?
    Welcome to Overo. We will tell how to make an order and check out at Overo page as the followings (take Spain as an example). 1. Log in your Overo account firstly. You could also use your Google, paypal or other accounts. 2. Search the products you like and "Add to cart". It will be automatically transfer to shopping cart. If you want to add more products, please go back for another. 3. After you pick up all the products, please go to Shopping cart and confirm all the items. 4. You could select paying method and shipping way in the next page. We strongly suggest you to confirm telphone number and postcode (necessay for fast shippings). 5. You could also leave a note for your order such as the plug style or language.Finally, click "Continue" to confirm this order. It will be linked to the payment page.   • Return the defective item ?
    Thank you for your support to Overo. We try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition. If your product turns out to be defective (physical damage or incorrect use excluded), and the product is going to be returned, please note that customers should take responsibility for the return postage. All customers should contact us by Overo Customer Service before returning any item(s). Overo will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance. When contacting us please include the following information: 1) Photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope or box 2) The picture of the model and PO number of the item 3) Photo, video or screenshot of the defective item 4) Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area
