Warranty Registration

Thank you for choosing our Company. In order to provide you with strong after-sales service and ensure your benefits, please fill in the registration form below soon after receiving the products. Please understand that only registration activation can be granted with our warranty policies.
When you need warranty service, please complete the "Warranty Request" form and be sure to read the following information: "Repair Service Flow" and "Repair Service Cost".
Our after-sales service will receive your "warranty request" and will contact you to confirm with you whether you should send the product to our nearest specified service center (France or Belgium / Reunion Island) or return it to us. 'factory.
When our service center or factory receives the product and discovers that it is the customer's fault, we inform our customer if he wishes to pay to repair it. If so, we will start fixing it upon receipt of payment.
